It is important that you read the following terms and conditions carefully before making your reservation with Dolphinaris

All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Payments made with Visa or MasterCard: charge will be applied in US dollars. Any conversion to a different currency will be made under the current exchange rate of your bank. Your statement will reflect the charge under the name of Dolphinaris.
All modifications or amendments must be made at least 24 hours prior to the date of your program schedule. Only date changes are permitted. Please send your confirmation number and the date you would like to change your swim program to:
contactus@dolphinaris.com and a member of our reservations staff will be in contact with you or call our Reservations office to make the change.
Cancun and Riviera Maya reservations office: +52 (998) 881 30 30

Restrictions
  • Children must be at least 3 years old to participate in any swim program and must be accompanied by a paying adult in the same program
  • The minimum age for the Trainer for a Day (TFD) program is 12 year old
  • Minimum height is 1.22 m (4 ft.) and you must be able to swim in order to participate in any program
  • Pregnant women are not allowed to participate
  • Camaras , jewlrey and any other personal items are not permitted in the swim areas
  • Observers are not allowed to enter the swim areas

Cancellations
Cancellations made 4 or more days prior to your swim date will be refunded less a 10% cancellation fee, providing that you send us a letter from the cruise or airline stating the situation. If you cancel less than 4 days prior to your swim date the full amount will be charged to your credit card. All changes are subject to availability.

No Shows
If you fail to arrive at your confirmed swim date and time Dolphinaris will not refund any part of the amount charged.

Health restrictions and requirements
Without exception, pregnant women are not allowed to participate in any swim programs. Dolphinaris offers safe, interactive swim with dolphins programs, requiring physical involvement by the participant, who should be in general good health and able to understand and follow directions as given by our trainers. If you have undergone any recent surgery or are suffering from any condition that may limit you physically, you should check with our reservations staff before making your purchase.

People requiring special assistance
Dolphinaris will make every effort to accommodate clients with special needs and requiring assistance. However you should contact our Reservations staff prior to making a booking in order to clarify the nature of the assistance required and to ensure that such needs can be met.
