A warm welcome and presentation from the trainer and the staff members who will be with you during the program is just the beginning of this unforgettable experience.
Orientation Session
Your trainer and the staff members that will be with your group for the day will take you to the training room where they will give you an orientation session complete with pictures and videos. During this session you will learn the basic principles of our dolphin training, forms of reproduction, behavior and care they require.
Facilities tour
Our staff will give you an in-depth tour of the pool area, the fish house, where the dolphin´s food is kept and then to see our modern life-support system.
Trainer´s Assistant
Now that you have the necessary information about the dolphins and the facilities you are ready to be the trainers’ assistance during a swim program and thus enjoy the most exciting job.
The adventure in the water
Once in our crystal clear waters the dolphins will welcome you to our facility by swimming over to greet you. The trainer will introduce you to the two majestic dolphins that you will work with during your experience.
During your encounter you will receive a soft kiss and enjoy a polite greeting from our dolphins. Enjoy the interaction with the dolphins and at the same time learn the main features of these beautiful mammals.
The time to feel the strength of the dolphins is very close and your trainer will ask you which activity you would like to do; a foot push or Dorsal Ride.
Whatever your choice you can enjoy an exhilarating trip through our lagoon.
Underwater adventure
You will interact with the dolphins in their natural environment through the Dolphin Dive Experience. Watch and listen to the dolphins as they put on an amazing underwater show for you. This will truly be one of the most amazing experiences of your life.
