1. Do you need to make reservations in advance? faqs

We recommend you make your reservations in advance to ensure the time and program you would like, as well as to take advantage of our promotional discounts.

2. What are the restrictions and guidelines for swimming with dolphins at Dolphinaris?
To be able to participate on any of the dolphin swim programs:
• You must be at least 4 ft.(1.22m) tall and be able to swim.
• Children under 1.22 m participating in the Dolphin Interactive Program (DIP) must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Minimum age for the Trainer for a Day program (TFD) is 12 years old.
• Pregnant women are not allowed to participate in any of the dolphin swim programs for their safety.
• Personal objects, cameras, video cameras, jewelry and sunscreen are not allowed in the water or swim areas for dolphins’ safety.
• Observers may not enter the swim areas.

3. What payment options are accepted for my reservation?
Major credit cards accepted are MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Payment must be made at the time of reservation.

4. How long before my programs' scheduled time must I check-in?
You must check-in at least 30 minutes before your scheduled program time; failure to do so may result in your time slot being given to a stand-by guest.

5. Are lockers, towels and changing rooms provided at Dolphinaris? Swim with dolphins in cancun

Dolphinaris provides the following services for our guests: towels and lockers for rent, restroom and changing rooms, photo and video shop.

6. What if I can´t swim? Can I still participate?
All participants are required to use life vests when in the lagoons, but it is important that you are comfortable in the water and know how to move around. We provide programs with different swim levels in deep or shallow waters to maximize your experience.

Can I take pictures with my own camera during the program?
Cameras are not allowed in the swim areas. This is for the safety of the dolphins and our guests, as well as to provide a stress-free dolphin swim experience and enjoy every moment. Our Dolphinaris photo and video staff take numerous candid photos and videos during the programs. Observers are welcome to use their own photo and video cameras in the designated viewing areas.

How do I get to Dolphinaris Cancun?
Dolphinaris provides the option of round trip transportation that can be purchased while booking through the website at an extra fee. Dolphinaris Cancun is easily reached by boarding the public transportation buses that travel all throughout the length of Cancun's Hotel Zone. If you choose to take the bus we recommend asking the bus driver if the bus goes to Wet ´N Wild Water Park, as not all buses go there. This is also the most economic way to get there. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from your hotel to Wet n´ Wild. However, using this way of transportation to get to Dolphinaris Cancun is more expensive than using the bus. If you are staying outside of Cancun hotel zone such as in the Riviera Maya area, contact us to arrange your transportation.

How do I get to Dolphinaris Cozumel?
Dolphinaris is located on the main avenue of Cozumel 3 minutes away from the ferry dock by car.

Where are you located?
Dolphinaris Park Riviera Maya is located 15 minutes from Playa del Carmen and is easily accessed from the main highway just 5 miles before Puerto Aventura´s town.

How do I get to Dolphinaris Park Riviera Maya?
If you are staying in Playa del Carmen or the surrounding areas, Dolphinaris Park Riviera Maya is located just 15 minutes away. You can take the Federal Cancun- Chetumal highway; going south towards Tulum at KM 272 you will find Dolphinaris on the right.
